一、Product performance

This product is a new type of Gemini quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant with two hydrophobic groups and two hydrophilic groups in the molecule . The hydrophilic groups are linked by a chemical bond through a linking group, thereby causing a relatively tight combination of the two surfactant monomers.This structure, on the one hand, enhances the hydrophobic action of the hydrocarbon chain, and on the other hand, the repulsion between the hydrophilic groups is greatly weakened by the restriction of chemical bonds.Therefore, it has better physical and chemical properties.Such as: the ability and efficiency of reducing the surface tension of aqueous solution is more prominent, it has higher surface activity.

二、Product characteristics

1. It has excellent adsorption capacity, its adsorption capacity is 10 to 1000 times that of traditional active agents, and thus has excellent efficiency and ability in reducing surface tension, foaming, foam stabilization and emulsification;.

2. It has lower critical micelle concentration (cmc), and its CMC is only 1/10-1/100 of that of traditional surfactants.

3. It dissolves in hot water to form a unique worm-like micelle, which has a fine thickening property when added in a small amount.It has a very low critical micelle concentration and the dosage is only one fifth of that of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1227).

4. It has more compact colloid structure and double charge base. When it is compounded with other cationic surfactants of single quaternary ammonium salts, it has stronger synergistic effect. Generally, adding one tenth can double the effect.

1.It is widely used in high-efficiency antistatic agents for polymer materials such as fiber, PVC and epoxy resin.

2.It is widely used as an excellent corrosion inhibitor for metal pickling and the petroleum industry.

3.Used as a synergist for pesticides.

4.Used as a synergist for common cationic surfactants.

5.Used as an emulsifier for cationic asphalt, paraffin.

6.Used in viscoelastic fracturing fluid.

7.It is a highly effective softener for fibers, fabrics, clothing, paper, etc.

1.This product is packed in 200 kg or 50 kg blue plastic barrel. It can also be customized according to customer's requirements.
